Discusses the leadership and how little there is because of the death of elders and the abuse of alchol and drugs among people. Names leaders he looks up to and their qualities and gives exampels of this leadership in action. Stresses community working together and thinking about the future. Reservation should strive to be drug and alcohol free. Economics should be strong on the reservation and job opportunites as well for those who get educated. Goals should be to work for the people to improve the reservation and make it a better place to live.
